Sometimes, my chest starts paining suddenly. Sometimes it happens in the left side and the right side as well. Whenever i felt thirsty, I used to drink hot water all the time. I've stopped drinking hot water. Please suggest me i'm very anxious about my problem.

Hi noted above history and related issues. Yes hot water in COVID pandemic and digestive system problems due to lockdown are seen frequently which is very well taken by stopping hot water and healthy balanced foods along with healthy exercises
