Chest pain since 1 year please help me

Age 15 have been having chest pain ranging from left/right side to center or all. Many different types of pain including clenching, pounding, burning, constricting, and stabbing. Pain comes with shoulder pain occasionally and trouble breathing/hyperventilation, and anxiety. Occasionally comes after food or exercise or anytime. Please help
