Chest pain on left side for 3 days

Hello sir, I am experiencing chest pain on left side, which is mowtly localized to one area. Also, this increases if i do some sports or exercise and gets better with rest. Apart from this i am having digestion issues as well. Had an ECgG which came out abnormal, then troponin test was negative. Attaching reports Please suggest, what it could be?

Ecg looks normal. Looks like muscle pain . Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenous activity for few days .
