I am getting pain on left side chest (Like a pin pain from inside) last one week. Please help me which medecine and test I need to require.

Hi dear Chest pain with pin like character is usually non cardiac if it is non exertional If other risk factors like diabetes, smoking, hypertension, are absent  there is no need to do any test However if on exertion chest pain increases then you need TMT, 2 decho.
