Sir i do have pain in my chest . Here is my ecg n xray please let me know what to do. Some time irritation occurs

Any symptoms of cough,  breathlessness on exertion,  loss of weight or appetite,  any pain on pressing on chest wall,  check for the above and meet a physician.
