Im 26 year old. i'm having a chest pain. its already one and half month. i check my ecg. but its normal. sometimes i feels like pressing. sometimes i feel something moving inside my chest. its moving middle to up. or left side to meddle.

As you mentioned your ecg is normal....Considering that and your age...You should get once your chest x ray done.

Looks like severe acidity.. Take tab pan d for 10 days daily then pan 40 mg once daily for 10 days.. empty stomach early morning.. Take care
Next Steps
if needed in case it repeats after this.. get endoscopy done by a gastroenterologist
