I worked out my shoulder and my chest is paining. I cannot breathe properly or cough properly because it is stretching my chest muscles I think. Please give a solution.
Tell specific site of pain .
You can take 1 kg weight in each hand , in standing position , hands by side of body .
Lift shoulders up and stay for 1 minute .
( Static exercise in shrugging position )
10 times divided in a day .
Stay at a angle where pain vanishes . Painless position in exercise.
I'm experiencing pain and stretch in muscles in my neck , shoulder and now around my chest since January.
