  4. Chest pain. A bit worried. please help.

I've been experiencing a pain in left side of chest at at particular point, probably below the heart. Since a month, the pain comes and goes occasionally, the intensity is not very much. Sometimes I can't exhale properly but after 2-3 tries it's done. There are no other symptoms or problems. The pain is moderate but since it's in the chest I'm a bit worried. Please help.

Hi noted above history As you mentioned above symptoms can be due to chronic gastrointestinal reflux problems and breathing issues which causes inflammation Needs to be addressed in details
