I have mild chest pain in both side..mostely in right side.back  both shoulder blade burning sensation and tenderness.ECG and Chest exray done which comes normal.4months before diagnoised with ileal ulcer and panick attacks.so chest pain and shoulder pain is related my heart or for other reason.

Hi, your clinical picture is very unlikely to be due to heart problem..still, if you are worried, do Echo and TMT for further evaluation.
