I am suffering from anxiety disorder since last 2.5 months and is taking medication for the same. Sometimes I feel a sharp pain in left chest which makes me frightened and at that time I feel I will die of heart attack. Can I really die? Please tell me about this. Also tell me if diet matters in this type of condition. Or we can eat anything. Pls tell me about my questions as I am very afraid of dying.
