Chest pain

I am having chest pain for 5 months. Doctor thought I have gerd and gave me antacid and pantoptazole but no help. Now I think I have costochondritis because is constantly there . Especially when I move my neck backwards to look up in sky, it gives pain in chest. Is painkillers the only treatment of costochondritis and my main question is why does my chest pain increase when I eat milk products. How can eating have relationship with chest pain. Please guide me

Hello Did your doctor diagnose Costochondritis? Chondritic pain usually is with deep breathing cough or sneezing unlikely to be related with neck movement unless you have some other neck issue.
