I am 23. Sharp and aching on and off for months. Goes away sometimes for weeks. Moves around chest area. Sometimes hurts to stretch chest. Never hurts while I am at work only when I wake up or after work. I do lift some. Seems to reside in left chest under breast bone most though. I smoke a black and mild on saturdays at the bar. Sometimes hurts pretty bad sometimes faint.
