Hi ,I am 31 year old.from last three weeks having pain in shoulder left,left arm and upper back.my heart related test like echo,ecg are all normal,only have high heart beat some time.doctor says it's cervical but I have pain in my chest also.please suggest.i feel extreme weak sometimes
