  4. Chest pain. Ecg , attached with this.

Chest pain

Having chest pain for more than 2 weeks. Sometimes having pain in left upper arm or shoulder. Arm pain starts from its joint at the back. Middle of chest feels heavy sometimes and getting relieved immediately after having hot water followed by burps. Left chest is hurting frequently, feeling a kind of pull rather than pain. Don't have any symptoms like nausea, shortness of breath. Yesterday took ECG , attached with this.

Your symptoms are not heart related. ECG is also normal. Can be gastric or muscle pain
