Hot saline gargle to clean the throat. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside as they produese extra acid n gas which in turns moves here n there leads to pain in chest here n there. If u change diet pattern every thing comes in control. Digene gel you can take when you feel pain up to four times. Plenty of liquids like coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc to keep yourself hydrated as it's peak summer, it gives you less gas production. Light dietfresh curd if suits u have very good results. Ok.
