Dear, doctor. A 66-year-old man has been experiencing a dull, nagging chest pain for the past few days. His blood pressure is 145/85 mmHg, and his post-prandial (PP) blood sugar is 190. His ECG report is provided below; please advise if there are any issues. He takes Telmisartan 40 mg. Thanks

Your ECG shows LVH with LV strain pattern which are normally seen in hypertensive patients which is called hypertensive heart disease. Being a Diabteic, hypertensive, and age of 66years , I would recommend consulting a cardiologist for invasive CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY.

Age 66, male hypertension  diabetes and Chest discomfor. It suggest cardiac diseases. Get done echo and Coronary CT Angiography .
