Hello I am having chest pain since yesterday. I have never experienced this before I am 23 years old and there's no medication going on it feels heavy kindly suggest what to do next .

What is the site of pain. Is it increasing on exertion? Is there any burning sensation?

A clinical consultation is first required and if necessary further tests may be ordered. ECG is one of them. Having said that, the chances of it being cardiac is considered low
