You should promptly get ECG and Echo done Also consult a neurologist for fainting Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician & Clinical Cardiologist

Hello..... If she is not a known patient of hypersentension, increase in blood pressure could be secondary to increased sympathetic activity... Detailed examination and investigation is required .it could be due to hypoglycemia, myocardial infarction, panic attack,syncopal attack or some other causes... Take her to general physician.
