I can understand lock down is not normal but still you need to maintain your sleeping habits it's better you wake up on time and sleep later in noon ...Because breakfast is the most important fuel of our body .
Mean while you should do regular exercise at home ...Simple exercise but something should be done . Avoid spicy oily junk alcohol smoking etc
