Dear Sir,
I have been suffering from persistent on and off chest pain and dizziness for quite some time 6-7 months. I have gone through Stress Echocardiogram which comes negative and recently in January I went through CTCA. The report for which is attached. It has also come negative according to reports. Then why this pain. Why does it mimic angina ? And secondly My CTCA doesn't show percentage type blockage 10-20-30%. It just says there is no oblivious plaque or blockage. Please guide.
Your reports are normal. Your pain is a non cardiac Chest pain. Having chest pain does not always mean heart related cause. No need to do any further heart tests
