Chest pain sometimes (around 1 min) on the extreme left near underarms. 1. ECG - Normal 2. Echo - Normal 3. Cholesterol - Normal 4. Blood pressure - Normal Please help to understand if this is something related to heart or could be some muscle related pain?

If the chest pain is exertional, better to go for a TMT and if positive, go for a Coronary Angiography. That would exclude a cardiac cause of the chest pain.

If the pain is extreme would recommend further evaluating the same via a stress echo or a CT angiography once after a physical examination to rule out any contraindications.

Hello, Localized sharp short lasting pains are mostly not heart related. You can get a TMT done to rule out cardiac cause for your chest pain. From what you described it looks like a non cardiac pain Take care
