Chest pain left side Not raditing but some time at shoulder sometime back sometime in hand B.p 130 /80 No d.m No alcohol No h/0 heart ds in fimaly H/o smoking bidi since 10 year Age 34 No h/o illness Pain happend after fever and happening since 1 month Ecg upload

Stop smoking bidi, t wave invesion in lead III... Need to know kind of pain... I don't think it's your ecg may be your relatives

Hi. This ECG looks fine. However smoking for 10 years is a risk factor. One normal ECG doesn't rule out heart issue. Also chest pain may be due to other causes related to bone, muscle or lungs Needs further evaluation
Next Steps
May need further evaluation with Echo and TMT or cardiac biomarkers to rule out cardiac cause. Or routine hemogram, vitamin D ,vitamin B12 test to rule out any deficiencies
