Your 2 D echo is Normal need.. Chest pain is due to many reasons.. One needs to evaluate the cause to treat ur chest pain..It may be related to heart even in case of Normal 2 D echo if you are Hypertensive. It may be related to Lung Pathology, muscular or neural in origin or as simple as acidity.. A detailed History and good examination shall help you to know the cause..

Echo is normal. Just show to Physician and do basic evaluation like hemoglobin vitamin D. If pain persistent show to rheumatologist.
