I am having these problems since 2012, while resting mild pain occurs in chest as I fall asleep my left chest part and left hand becomes numb.  It forces me to wake up and sit .I did many tests, Nothing found except some blockage in nose. my symps as I srched it may be angina. Which doctor to consult. Hppng evry day nw

Hi, kindly consult cardiologist & undergo some tests like Ecg,  2D Echocardiogram. cardiac enzymes etc.., to rule out Ischaemic heart disease..
