Left from last couple of weeks due to regular mild chest pain..but it's been couple of days that if I am late to eat even half an hour, the chest pain starts.. sometimes without any reason the pain starts either left or right side, but never both sides together..what it could be,any suggestions!!!?

You have smoked past 9 years. So nicotine has been damaged ur lung alveolar. It may be due to that. So auscultation and chest xray is needed. And please do breathing exercises. Take protein rich food. Havinh cough?
