Heaviness in chest,Pain in left hand ,tingling in left hand finger,numbness in chin and ear pain and chronic back pain is it related to heart? 3 weeks back ecg, echo, tmt was normal 2 days back ecg and blood test was negative I am having frequent burping and my vitamin d is 18 and vitamin b12 is 185 Currently i am having on and off chest pain and back pain , pain in left lower biceps and tingling in left hand fingers Please let me know i am very anxious , Thank you

It's all because of vitamin deficiency. Nothing related to heart. Take multivitamin and calcium supplements with healthy balanced diet
