From Few Days I Am Having Chest Pain Mostly In Middle But Sometimes Left And Right Too. There Is Pain In Back Stomach upper stomach arms shoulders and sometimes in neck. From 2 days the pain is of stinging type. I feel my Heartbeat is too fast. is It A Heart Attack??

No it's not heart attack, the pain you have described does not suggest it cardiac. Could be acidity take antacid
