My TMT is negative and echo report shows that having mitral valve prolapse +. Doctor said that everything is normal and have to reduce the weight as well as life style. Table given to me Heptagon for 30 days

If TMT is normal, nothing to worry any artery blockage  is rulled out. MVP + does not signify much if not associated with mechanically significant MR. So I feel it's ok if report suggests   MVP, it's about structural significance
