My age 25 but recently one day's chest pain and difficulty after breathing.but 2019 September ECG and echocardiogram test reports is  normal.but I have touched chest pain .

May be your are chest pain is related bone or muscles which we call as costochondritis . If there is increasing pain on pressing the affected are , then it’s definitely costochondritis
