What:  Chest muscle pain, occurs while getting up from left side and while sneezing How:  Pain started when I fell on basketball concrete  court while playing.. Normally it is okk but whenever I sneeze or lift something from my left hand the pain starts on left chest muscle

It may be an innocent musculoskeletal pain, but a rib fracture or a pneumothorax (air in lung) always needs to be ruled out.
