Hi sir I am having one lump from my college days and now it is increases its size in middle of my chest . Can you please tell is it cancer lump or benign lump . Feeling scared PLEASE FIND ATTACHED SNIP

looks like keloid .. physical examination will make things more obvious.. intralesional triamcinolone(steroid inj) should be given .. do you have any history of burn or trauma in that area??
