  4. Chest Injury. Is this lifetime injury?

Got hit hard from bed when I slipped on water, the area became red, after 2 days yellow, after 1 months it faded,till 3 months bone seemed very minor cracked or just hairline fracture or just muscle tissue injury with blood clot, things improved but area is still sensitive and tender after 6 months.What could be the reason?Is this lifetime injury?
