Chest infection in 5 year child

My son is 5 years old. He got cough cold in February 10. In starting dry cough then productive cough and cold without fever. Doctor gave solving cold for 7 days . But no relief found. Cough with mucus and nose kept filled with mucus. Then doctor suggestd for  only an xray . X ray was done on 27 Feb . And doctor told that he has pneumonia . And prescribed levolin syrup Levolin respules Cephaxime 125dt tablet twice a day Solving cold for 10 days and again revisited and continue for 10 days more . And his cough and cold was fully recovered. And now from last 7 days he got allergy eye itching redness and 3 days after he got cough first  like dry and then productive . No wheezing sound and forceful cough. But fever is not there. Today I again took xray. I have attached both xray in one image please find. Whether is it pneumonia or asthama or tb. Pls go through image. And tell whether improved or not. thank you.
