I am feeling chest heaviness in the centre due to which I am feeling anxiety I am able to breathe deeply but this chest tightness is making me nervous,from past I month I was facing the problem of constant mucus coming from my throat which is of white colour

As of now can take tablet Rantac with tablet paracetamol and it’s better if you can contact your nearby doctor at the earliest for measuring your vital parameters and for further guidance
