Greetings sir my name srihari no bp sugar no bad habits 3 months back ECG 2d echo tmt test done all normal but past 10 days chest always discomfort and pain some times left hand twitching pain I have gastric problem sir anything problem sir always panic my heart

If all investigations were normal then no need to worry. Sometimes gastric issue can cause similar pain. So consult a physian for management og gastric issue. Also try to manage your anxiety.
