Chest discomfort and weakness

My wife us having chest discomfort and anxiety from past 4-5 days. Too much weakness and muscles pain, got the blood test done , there is Vit d and b12 deficiency, vitamin D -8.7 and b12 is <125, pls suggest

Hello, How old is she ? The ECG seems within normal limits ... vitamin d and b12 deficiency does not explain the chest pains. Can be muscular pain. Need more details to prescribe medicines. Consult online directly for further advice. Take care
