My baby is 7 and half month old frm 2-3 days she having cold and cough little bit Los motion today i visit doctor they told little chest congestion prescribed sinarest af and betycof ls and ors aztrin is it serious having chest congestion plz response

Is there any noisy breathing?? Serious condition means excessive breathing movements and irritability or lethargy so be watchful for this. Make sure to have good urine output
