Chest ,back, left hand pain comes&goes

My mother is having recurring pain in chest,back and left hand some time right too. This same happened 2-3 months back. We did ECG and echocardiography  (suggested by cardiologist) but it came normal. We done blood test also , that came normal too.  Can anyone suggest what should we do.?

Can be neck spine related. Get a TMT done if it is normal then do Cervical Spine MRI
