Feeling pain/cramps in chest and ribs. Earlier I had lot of acidity/heart burn for which I have been taking medicines. My ECG is normal.

Hi. Your symptoms may be due to gastritis. Avoid spicy and oily foods and continue medications for gastritis advised by your doctor. If your symptoms are troublesome then consult for further evaluation.
