Chest & Abdomen symptoms + Anxiety

2025-07-30 07:24:43
Repeated chest and upper abdominal heaviness, history of intense heart-related symptoms, and ongoing health anxiety. Symptoms: Frequent heaviness in the center of chest and upper abdomen — feels muscular and internal. Sometimes hard to walk properly due to body heaviness and fatigue. Pantosec D provided some stomach relief but not for the central pain. Anxiety often worsens the symptoms. Major past episode (2 years ago): While returning from work: Chest pain started during auto ride and worsened inside the metro. Felt like heart pain, with: Pain in left chest and lower jaw Dizziness, dry mouth, palpitations Sense of impending doom, felt heart beating abnormally Called a friend to distract but symptoms escalated. ECG was done during the episode — came normal. Shifted to hospital, admitted for 2–3 days, some tests done, no conclusive diagnosis. Current concerns These symptoms now happen in waves, milder but recurring. Fear of heart issue
