Chemical pregnancy

I am 27 yr. Trying to convince from last 9 months under doctors guidance with follicular study+letoval+HCG 10k. Diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Last month I had HMG injections+HCG+double IUI (first cycle of IUI) resulted in successful pregnancy. But it was a ended up as a chemical pregnancy. Now I am waiting for my period. My avg cycle length is 28-30. It's been 5 weeks I had not got my period. I have 3 questions..1. when can I expect my period (had negative urine pregnancy test). 2. Since my first IUI was a success can I go with the natural IUI cycle this time, without HMG injections? Or I should go with the same process. Since my doctor said I have all my reports normal and why I am not getting pregnant without IUI could be because of antisperm antibodies present.so I think natural IUI will also work ? And 3. If I go with HMG injections then they have any side effects on upcoming baby...???
