I had an accident 3 years ago n the left side of my face is swollen n its not gone still

It isn't possible to come with a specific diagnosis with the history alone, I would advise you to visit the nearest ER and get an X-Ray done to look out for any anatomical changes and also undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause of the swelling.
