The MRI is only indicating some early age related changes of the spine. Also loss of lumbar lordosis indicates that either your back muscles are in spasm or you have underlying disease (like Ankylosing Spondylitis) that has led to this. If your back pain is of more than a few week's duration, more at night or early morning or associated with stiffness then you should get evaluated for Ankylosing Spondylitis by a Rheumatologist. If you don't have any of these symptoms then you can apply heat and Voveron gel to the back if you are having pain
Next Steps
Consult a Rheumatologist if you have any of the above symptoms
Health Tips
Yoga and swimming are usually exercises that are great for the back
