My lips is permanently chapped for last 7 or 8 years. When I bath or drink some juice my lip skin becomes white. Any prolonged stay in water makes my lip skin whiter and it takes approximately 5 minutes to become normal. My lip skin peels off in every 3 or 4 days. Also small dots in my upper lip. Any solution for this? I am applying Vaseline , Bioline for last 4 or 5 years but nothing changed
