Yes sir, definitely I am feeling better than before but I wanted to know that is it nessasary to change the specks no. as it is increased by .5

If you got it checked only with the optician, then you must visit the ophthalmologist also for sure as it may be a start of cataract or something else! If already checked and number increase is insignificant without any specific cause, then you may continue the same glasses
