Actually , my father teeth only 4-5 available in mouth , they are also moveable so , we want to consult & treatment permanent .

If there are only 4-5 teeth Present as you have written they are mobile it's better to get them extracted since he won't be able to eat. You can go for dentures for him or implants

What is his age?? Is he has any medical conditions???? If there is no medical problem then the teeth can be removed n later go for a new sets either removable or fixed.
