My cardiologist change my medicine from clopidogrel 75mg + aspirin 75mg to clopitab cv 20mg. I took old medicine today morning. So can i take new one at tonight? If i took tomorrow it will be more than 24 hours difference.

You take the medicine prescribed tomorrow only , this is also blood thinner but not containing ecosprin . Need to see your records why this change has been made
