Change is bandage colour

Consulted the general physician regarding knife cut in the finger and got dressing. Bandage is turning dark in colour. Is this normal or am i having bleeding inside. am attaching the image of the same

doesn't look like any bleeding is going on.. you can always get the bandage changed if any doubt

Nothing to worry. Looks like dressed up with betadine and h2o2. Can change dressing.
