My BP reading changes with body position   Laying     116/79  P83   Seating    95/73   P100   Standing 88/68   P107 Taken after interval of 1 minutes each on OMRON HEM-7124 I am presently taking Telmikind 40 Whether the aforesaid variations are normal?

You seem to have orthostatic hypotension. You can reduce the dose of Telmikind.
