Chances of twin pregnancy

My relative has been administered letrozole and HCG for ovulation. Ultrasound detected two eggs released . Now she is taking susten 200. What will be the chances of getting pregnant with twins. How early this can be detected. Her family can't support twins at this stage since they are financially not sound. Please reply

It can be detected in 6 weeks scan if she has twins or not. And rupture of two egg doesn’t give twin pregnancy every time. Please wait for her to conceive.
